Kiuda won Best Flavor from the judges at Battle of the Chefs in September 2022. Lee made gochujang-marinated pork belly with cabbage slaw and rice. She teaches cooking classes at the Milwaukee Public Market and various recreation departments. Lee used to work as a line cook at Colicchio & Sons in New York City. She also worked for chef restauranteur Jean-Georges Vongerichten at The Mark Restaurant. She used to work on grill station at Milwaukee’s Sanford restaurant under Justin Aprahamian.
